Value resorts are a great choice if you’re looking to get the most bang-for-your-buck on your Walt Disney World vacation.
You still get all the perks of staying on property at Walt Disney World with a much lower price tag when compared to a Moderate or Deluxe resort.
All of the All-Star resorts at Walt Disney World have now been renovated (which is a major improvement!) but, only one All-Star resort features both standard rooms *and* family suites — and that’s All-Star Music.
All-Star Music Family Suite Tour
In this post, I’ll be focusing on the Family Suites at All-Star Music; however, if you wanted to see what you can expect from a Standard Room, check out this post.
If you’re a family that would benefit from 3 beds in your resort hotel room, you may want to consider a family suite vs. connecting standard rooms.
Something I really love about the recently renovated family suites at All-Star Music are the super-functional murphy beds in the living area.
The family suites feature TWO murphy beds that pull down from the wall when needed.
I personally would much rather sleep on murphy bed’s regular mattress than a thin pull-out sofa mattress so this is a major plus when it comes to comfort.
Don’t mind the sloppy beds, I wanted to give you an idea of what the living area looks like with both beds open.
During the daytime, you’ll have plenty of space in the living area with both the dining area and sofa.
Across from the couch and table that double as sleeping spaces, you’ll find a dresser and tv.
The family suites feature two full bathrooms.
The first is off the living area.
There is a sliding door that separates the sink and vanity from the living area as well as a second door that separates the shower/tub and toilet from the vanity.
This allows for ample privacy if you have a lot of people getting ready at once.
As you’re heading out of the living area and into the bedroom, you’ll pass a little kitchenette tucked into the corner.
This space features a large fridge with separate freezer (hello grocery delivery of ice cream!!), microwave, sink, and coffee maker.
The private bedroom in the family suites features a Queen sized bed.
A sitting area.
Another dresser and tv.
And then an additional bathroom.
This bathroom also has the privacy doors but only has a shower, no tub.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this peek inside a family suite at All-Star Music!
I definitely recommend a stay here if you’re traveling on a budget with a larger family! 🙂
