I’ve been following a low carb // keto diet lately and it’s been interesting to see what I could eat at the parks and resorts while staying on-track with my nutrition goals.
And while I do believe Disney World is the BEST excuse to throw a diet out the window and indulge (because where else can you eat ALL the Mickey shaped treats, haha!), I know sometimes that’s not an option.

Great Post! Thank you so much!! It’s so hard as APs to go all the time and want to enjoy all the tasty treats. lol
The struggle is REAL. I find though that when I pack my food, I am so much less tempted vs ordering.
Love this! So helpful to stay on track. Thank you 😊
You’re so welcome!
This post is literally perfect timing for me!
I’m from Seattle, and planning a first trip to WDW in May to celebrate my husband’s graduation from his Masters Program at Georgia Tech!
I was feeling really overwhelmed with all of the dining choices, but yesterday I used your blog to narrow down our options – LOVE your top 8 quick service restaurant article – and now I can cross reference this post to determine healthier offerings! Thank you!!
Ahh thanks Maggie! I hope you have the best trip ever!
